Over many years we have developed purpose-built properties for a diverse range of local, national and international tenants – petrol stations, professional services, trade suppliers, rural services, restaurants and iwi organisations.
Many of the Masterton’s key commercial businesses lease property from MTLT. Overall, about 85 percent of our property is used for commercial purposes. In recent years, this has delivered a return of more than 7% per annum.
